chicken and sausage stew

3 bonless chicken breast(i use big ones)
3-4 italian sausage links
1 large can tomatoe sauce or diced tomatoes
1-2 large green peppers
2-3 carrots (thinly sliced or juliane)
1 large onion
1 0r 2 to your preference knorr chicken homestyle chicken stock
3-4 potatoes
1/2 to 1 cup egg noddles(depends how many noodles you want)
3-4 cups of water
garlic, kosher salt, italian seasoning and 1/4 tsp paprika
olive oil also needed

drizzle chicken breast with olive oil sprinkle with garlic ,kosher salt, and italian seasoning wrap in foil and bake at 375 for a half hour,
Boil italian sausage with a little garlic and kosher salt for a half hour(time when it starts to boil)
cut your peppers onions and carrots
when chicken and sausage are done slice them up add to a soup pot drizzle with olive oil and slightly brown them, add the peppers onions and carrots saute for 5 minutes to lock in flavors, add tomatoes or sauce , water , knorr chicken stock and simmer till carrots are tender add you noodles few minutes before serving, add more seasoning to your taste,
while the soup is simmering dice your potaoes and coat them with olive oil garlic , kosher salt and 1/4 tsp paprika spred on baking sheet and roast in oven till tender and slightly brown, add to stew as you serve it, cheddar biscuits or a cheesy garlic bread go great on the side,
