Italian chicken and cheese
1 piece of skinless and boneless chicken breast per person
Green, red, add yellow bell pepper chopped
Small onion chopped
Italian bread crumbs
Slice a slit in the side of the chicken big enough to stuff cheese, peppers, and onions in. Dip in Italian dressing and coat with crumbs . Bake at 375 until chicken is completely done. This was a weight watchers recipe years ago.
